Q. What is the M&S Alumni Network?

The M&S Alumni Network is our corporate alumni network, giving you access to interesting stories and information about our business and to let you share your ideas and thoughts, so that you can easily stay connected.


Q. Who is eligible to join the M&S Alumni Network?

We launched our M&S Alumni service within the UK to be available to any colleague who has been directly employed by M&S either in one of our stores, support centres or distribution centre at Castle Donington.


Q. How do I register and join the M&S Alumni Network?

You can register and join by visiting alumni.marksandspencer.com and clicking on 'join Today'. 


Q. How long does it take to be approved?

We aim to approve the majority of our alumni requests as quickly as we can. However, some alumni requests may need checks to take place, which might mean it takes a little longer to validate.


Q. When I connect my account with LinkedIn, will you ever post content on my behalf?

When joining the M&S Alumni Network, we will suggest you share the news via LinkedIn. We will never post on your behalf without your prior permission.


Q. How will I know if I have been approved?

You will receive a “welcome” email when you have been approved.


Q. I am approved - what now? 

Log on right away and take advantage of all the network has to offer.
